CarolinaBound 2 inch budget boost, 1 inch body lift. Put aside an afternoon and you'll still have $150ish left over

thgr8alex X2, go for the zone. You will be pleased, just installed it on mine and i love it. You could do a 2 in spacer and 1 inch body for about 250 but i would highly recommend saving just a tad more for the zone 3 inch. Youll be glad you did. And contact Allen (username AOR) hes a sponsoring vendor and gives great deals to forum members, its where i bought mine and saved a bunch of money

janosko9424 Zone 3" lift! It's alittle higher than your 400 dollar limit but it would be worth saving up alittle extra cash. Another thing that is not NEEDED but is suggested is the JKS adjustable front track bar it's about 200 dollars. The zone kit comes with adjustment brackets for them both the rear one is solid but the front one requires drilling which weakens the mounting point and can cause failures under stress. If you don't offroad at all you should be ok with the bracket.

Lift Kit with limited budget

Hi all,

Thinking about getting a 2 -3" lift on a 98 TJ. I have a limited budget and do not want to have to change out brake cables. Any suggestions regarding a good quality product without breaking my $400 (without installation) budget?
