4.2 or 4.0?

I know I'm new here, but I'm looking for advice. My I4 in my 95 YJ is getting pretty high on mileage and already has one warped cylinder head (not my doing). I'm looking at swapping in either the 4.0 or the 4.2, but can't decide which. Any suggestions?
