Ditto, I've pretty much decided I'm going with the Racor HeavyLift hoist. Worst part of taking on/off was having my kid and wife help and me being nervous somebody would drop it.

Realized this sounded mean, it was more of a question on what you guys find to be difficult.

And tip, the electric plug that you slide the red lock over also has a small hook. Squeeze at the bottom of plug (you will feel it give in a little) to release the hold on hook.

They didn't. You just push the red tab from one side to the other. You don't remove it completely. I removed my hard top for the first time yesterday.

Y-Guy First week I owned my JKU I took the hard top off, had help lifting it off but I had it off in about 30 minutes. Biggest challenge was the rear wiring harness, the instructions just said to slide the red plastic clip, but I didn't realize they meant slide it completely off. Once I did that it came apart easily. I had the right Torx driver and used a battery impact driver to remove and reinstall the bolts, then tightened down by hand. It's not all that heavy, just lacks good places to lift from.

Boxerdad,

Removing the hardtop is easy and should only take you around an hour or so. You'll get better at it the more you do it, before you know it'll be off within a few minutes.

Teraflex has a great video showing you the steps for a Hardtop Removal.

JeepKing410 First time might take you some time maybe 20 min. But after you've done it it can take maybe 5-10 mins. Just make sure you have help taking off your back hard top. I can do it myself but its difficult and i have fallen with it before. Suggest you get help.
