finding an ignition part

my tj wasn't getting any power to the starter and after disassembling the ignition i found this little piece snapped off:




What is this piece called (other than ignition switch)?
Its not a one off piece is it?
My TJ is '99, can i get one from 1997-2006?
Is it sold separately or do I have to buy a whole damn column?
Should I get it retail or hike over to a junkyard?
