Help Me Find A Fusebox Writeup

I have a 90 YJ that I've already swapped the MC2150, is nutter'd, and the under dash wiring is completely replaced and rewired by yours truly. I have an "one wire" HEI distributor sitting on my desk waiting to go in.

A long time ago I ran across a write up to replace the ridiculous fuseable link (rats nest) of a wiring system.

I have a parasitic drain and I'm fairly sure it's due to that mess. I would like to replace it with a standard fuse box. I believe the write-up made use of a waterproof marine fuse box. I would like to have the write up to use as a reference.

Yes, I've searched, but I don't remember if the post was on here, or on jeepforum. So if anyone has it bookmarked, or has done what I'm trying to do, ANY and ALL help would be appreciated.
