its off another forum but we're all jeepers.

start with the cheapest fixes you can do otherwise trying to solve the problem could have been a very cheap fix. even though you spend a lot of money..

apannone Could be IAC. Have you cleaned/changed that?

kfox1019 yes but only pulling code for High and Low Voltage to TPS

1rbotma is there a CEL? when my CPS sensor was crap. i couldn't even get my tj to turn over. it would just crank and crank and crank. if theres a CEL on then get it read and see what codes are there. good luck

wrangler running rough is it cps sensor?

My 2002 Wrangler 4.0L Automatic is running rough and rpms flucuate when at idle. Sometimes all the way to 1500 rpm while stop. Also feels like a misfire every now and then while on highway but just did tune up. Pulling code for High and Low Voltage to TPS sensor, changed it, not it. Im thinking possible CPS sensor? Anybody think im on the right track?
