kramer2k There's a thicker one. As TF mentioned, they might have accidentally omitted it from your order. Get in touch with them.

They're most definitely there (see below). So unless theres an even thicker spacer that I'm missing, I'm not sure whats wrong.

Cleric73 Mine doesn't do this... sits strait like it's supposed to. Something has to be up. Maybe the lugs tighter on one side...or the bolts aren't flush through the carrier? (Guessing)

I think the bump stop removal is only for the HD hinge, no?

If you remove the passenger side you'll get the same amount of lean on the spare wouldn't you? The bent rubber bumper wouldn't even be there and the tire may lean even more possibtly from what I'm seeing. I'd trim them both down to be an appropriate size.

Spare sits cockeyed? (Teraflex carrier)

So I noticed today that one of my tailgate bumpstops is significantly more crushed than the other (see photo). When I assembled the Teraflex carrier everything went on correctly and straight. Does anyone know what would cause this? The tire is mounted against the carrier plate flush and I can't see anything that could be offset. Is this a common occurence with these carriers? I really don't even see anywhere in the design that would allow this to happen, unlesss it was specifically designed that way.

NOTE: This is just the carrier, not including the tailgate hinge.
