New to forum and need advice

I thought the best way to get good advice is to come to all the experts! I am looking for a lift for my 4door Sahara. She is my baby and I don't want to end up causing any damage as I have heard a lift can do. I have been looking at a Rancho 4 inch suspension and don't know the difference between a lift or suspension. Also been looking at a "AEV" or skyjacker lift. Any advice would be appreciated. I want 4 inch lift as I am not all that tall! Even after replacing factory fenders my tires still rub with sharp turns so I don't think a two inch left would give me what I am looking for (bigger tires).
