guys at work

at work some of the fellas want to start a monthly or quarterly trail ride. they asked me to organize it as I have the most 4wheeling experience, most capable rig, and knowledge of the area we are in.
I know what I carry, what i want to always have with me. but what would be reasonable to expect people to have? I was thinking,

spare tire
Jack & lug wrench
tow strap, rope, or chain
recovery point front and rear
basic first aid kit
24 hours food and water

I think that wounds reasonable to require for now, at least until I see what kind of drivers the others are. we'll be going on semi maintained forest service & logging roads for now, nothing I cant do with ease. any suggestions as to other gear I should require?
