Since my wife and daughter both like (and shoot) Glocks better than most anything else I own, I have been transitioning all of our SD/HD and "hard use" pistols to the Glock platform. At one point I had 9 different M&Ps. These days I only have a couple... but the Glock collection has increased quite a lot.
I'm not trying to brag (if that comment was intended at me). I only posted a select few pictures of my "collection." I've spent my whole life shooting. I love guns. My family loves guns. It's something we're passionate about though, so I might get carried away sometimes.

Only have pictures of two of them in my phone. USP .45 and a Remington .270. It's a model 700 ADL but it's not called a 700. I stripped the maple stock and made it a blonde. She shoots good and looks the part too.
My safe contains:
Remington 700 BDL 30-06
Winchester model 70 .300mag
Winchester 1300 turkey gun
Ithaca model 37
Stevens 5100 side by side
J.C. Higgins .22 single shot
RWS model 52
Gamo shadow 1000 (love these air rifles, I had 5 of em)
Had a bushy ar-15 but sold it, and a norinco SKS that was stolen... Along with a colt M1991a1.....

Getting poked with that thing would certainly ruin your day!
Seriously, though. It's a 20" barrel, so it's not that long. The reflex setup of the suppressor only adds about 4" to the overall length even though the suppressor itself is ~7" long. The first few inches of the can actually cover the last few inches of the barrel. You can see it a bit better if I do this:

There is the mythical Gen 2.5, though. It was a half-step in between Gens 2 and 3. It had the finger grooves with no texture in between, but it had no light rail. The texturing and rail came when they made the full jump to the Gen 3.
I like my 1911s, M&Ps, XDs, etc, but I am a Glock Geek.

Okay... Two more pics and then I'll stop!
Mrs. Hooz shooting the suppressed M&P 9:
And 'lil Hoozette shooting her Glock 19:
Shooting is a family thing for us. My wife and daughter each have their own ARs (both .22 and 5.56) and their own handguns (they're Glock girls ).
