COLOUJK The steering shaft should not be moving there, only rotating.

MeSteve There is zero play in the wire leading to the upstream O2 sensor so any flex will stress the connection

ljrubitm I just went out and looked at mine. It's the same way ( 2011). That's just the way it is.

MeSteve Here we go, didn't realize my phone didn't upload either pic.

It's hard to see in the first photo, but it is right above the steering shaft, that is the black shaft in the second photo.

Found this just snooping around under the hood

The wires going to the first O2 sensor were pulled tight thru a wire guide. This is under the steering shaft on the drivers side.
