NC Bear Change all the fluids, give a tune up, change out the filters and snake out the air box. Invest in Currie Correctlynk steering and replace the ball joints.
As far as lift goes look at some other options before you settle on Skyjacker.

BDS, Zone, are just a couple. With a 4 inch plan on a SYE to do it right.

Getting her back on the road

Aloha guys,

My rig has been under a tarp for a year due to a trashed soft top and worn tires and I'm ready to get her back on the road.
She's a stock 2001, 4.0L Sport with 94K miles on the clock. I'm going to give her a 4" skyjacker lift and some 33's for her 16" stock rims.
Can anyone recommend any service items I should have checked out since she has been off the road for a year, especially in terms of the engine?
I have driven her a few miles here and there (with death wobble and front brake sicking issues present), but I want her back at full strength, ready for the trail.
I'd appreciate any help you could give.

Mahalo all.
