Replacement Seats?

I am racking my brain on what to do for replacement seats on my 06 Wrangler X. I need a full set (driver, passenger, and rear seats). I have no mounting brackets for the rear seats at all. In the front I have Corbeau mounting brackets (so if I found a good set of those I wouldn't have to buy brackets BUT they don't tumble forward and I need that functionality).

I am looking for all black (and prefer fabric). I want them to match (or at least look good together). I want to keep price as low as possible while achieving all or most of the following (ordered them by importance to me):

Fold and Tumble Rear Seat
Tumble Passenger Seat
Reclining Passenger Seat
Sliding Driver Seat
Reclining Driver Seat
Sliding Passenger Seat
Tumble Driver Seat
