1995 YJ - Idle engine RPM variation

1995 YJ - In idle the engine RPM goes down a bit for a second like its being starved of gas and then comes back up all of a sudden.

This cycle is repeated every 8-10 seconds.

What could be the problem? fuel pump on its last legs? oil Filter? anything else .?
