whitebuffalo chase the wire from the relay to the pump and check it along the way for voltage. i noticed on mine, when you first turn the key on, it pulses a few times iirc. iow, it doesnt give constant 12V to the pump. make sure you're watching for that.

on mine it ended up that the pump ate the prefilter sock thing.

SoMD 87 Jeep
No power to fuel pump

I have a 4 cyl '87 Jeep Wrangler that quit running while I was driving down the road and now will turn over, but will not start. No power is getting to the fuel pump (checked with voltmeter at the fuel pump connector by the fuel tank). Replaced the fuel pump relay under the hood by the battery, but no change. Fuel pump relay clicks when key turned to accessory position. Any advice appreciated!!
