AEV 2.5 inch lift, Procal, Drop Brackets, C-Gussets,Steering Stabilizer and relocation brackets, LCA skids $1500ish, Skids-oil pan, Trans, T-case, Evap canister, rear High Rock bumper/tire carrier...$1500ish, 5, 35x12.5x 15 Falken Wild peak on American racing outlaw II wheels...$1000ish, Rugged Ridge full Front Bumper, skid plate, Warn Powerplant 9.5 winch...$1200, Solid Diff Covers F&R, Rock Rails, CB mount, wilson 5000 antenna, weathertec floor mats, Eagle MFG loop bar and rear roller....$600ish, one more thing to order Chromo front shafts $600. So total in parts about $6400,,,,,No labor fees and I and friends have done all installs so far and will install lift next week. My budget was $6K if I finish with the Chromo shafts will be a little over.

myrtlebeachjeep when you buy a jeep with aftermarket tires and rims installed,does the dealer give you credit for the stock tires or give you the stock tires and rims. I just bought with aftermarket rims and tires and i asked for my stock rims and tires or a discount on the aftermarket. I paid $ 2000.00 for 5 33-12.50-17 Dick Cepek mud Country on rims after the credit for the stockers. The dealer also flashed the computer for the size difference and included free rotations. I had good equity in my trade in so the extra tires were fine for me and i didnt have to go somewhere else and have to worry about selling the stockers. But 7995 is just plain robbery

jeepingchester These ADM's and AMD's are from other dealers when we do a dealer trade. We hang these up to show our customers how most other dealers operate. The two above are bad examples cause they do not show the MSRP. These two pics show the MSRP and the mark-up these dealers put on.

Market adjustment? Hmmm. I bought at Dick Hannah in Vancouver about 6 weeks ago. The market adjustment got me 6.5% under invoice. Something stinks in Gresham. Well, it is Gresham I guess...

dale 3 A lot of people don't have cash today.Dealer just adds it to the final price of vehicle.Then they ask how much can you afford each month?Then they spread it out in yrs.So the lift kit is pure profit plus bendover interest.Then you trade it in when the vehicle sucks gas and needs tires which can't go on maxed out credit cards.Dealers are eating this stupidity up.

Smythe86 I paid 3500 for 33x12.5 procomp all terrains. Brand new 17"alloy rims. And a skyjacker 3.5 inch lift kit. With installation. And that was all 5 rims tires with mounting and balancing.

dawhitesJKU yes indeed...ripoff. thats like doubling the price for wheels and tires but for some people, it attracts them and they just want it right then and there. I went with the base model with all intentions of upgrading (i should've got the 3.73 gearing though...didn't know anything about gearing). i'm saving myself a huge chunk of money if i didnt go this route.

michiganadam No regear? I have 33s and us31 from berrien springs to niles is almost unbarable.....

I have 1500 into my wheels and tires. 2.5 inch lift was free. Rancho 5000s front and rear for 240. I paid 270 for rock sliders. Lets see, 1400 for nice bumpers and a winch. 800 in offroad lighting..... 1200 for that regear......

The dealer is criminal. The customers paying that are insane. But what do you think of the 50,000 dollar silverados with no mods?

troy b Only good thing is, after the $3800 quite, my wife GeV me a $4000 budget. So now I am trying to squeeze everything I can for that. Pretty sure I will have a Teraflex 2.5" coil with RS9000 shocks and 35x17 wheels and tires, along with a rear bumper with tire carrier. Hopefully I will be able to squeeze in a front bumper and maybe a winch, we shall see!

It's well established that dealer installed equipment is heinously marked up.

Matador Unfortunately yes, They are suckered into the promise that its covered under the factory warranty and then scared into believing that if they did it afterwards on their own then it would void the entire Jeep's warranty. So if you don't know better and just interested in the "Look" of a lifted Jeep and bigger tires, you'll pay the money.

Insane pricing

Are there actually people out there that would pay this??? $7995 for wheels tires and a leveling kit, I couldn't even imagine how bad ass my jeep would be if I had $7995 to spend on it. I received a quote of $3800 from the guy that owns the shop that these are installed at. They are Fuel wheels and 35x12.5x18 Nitto trails. Leveling kit with shock extensions, no track bar brackets or anything. Am I the only one that thinks this is a. Complete ripoff?
