jeepwayoflife The biggest problem with 2" or similar spacers is coil bind during full flex. Sure your shocks will be shorter and not allow you to flex as much if you don't replace them, but coil bind is the only thing that can actually damage something. But like mentioned above, a 2" spacer lift would be pretty close to your current ride, just 2" higher You COULD use a spacer on a preexisting suspension lift, although I wouldn't go above 1" for safety and coil preservation.

thgr8alex Using them on existing lifts is really on for compensating extra added weight(winch, heavy bumper, etc.). And for that use you shouldnt go above .75-1 inch spacers. Anything above that ontop of existing lifts can cause problems due to components not being long eniugh for that size lift. The proper way to use them bigger than 1 inch are on stock suspension to get an easy 2 inch lift. Also anything above 2" spacers arent recommended

They go on top of the stock springs. The ride stays the same
