panthermark I've never really considered 37's something that would really be associated with daily driver. I'm sure you could do it....but everyone has a different defintion of "decent".

I wonder if it would be better to have a dedicated rock crawler because a 4" lift and 37's means a lot more work if it is going to pull double duty.

Assuming you ordered 4.10's on your Rubi, as Kssting mentioned....how about a 2.5" lift and 35's?

Kssting The 2.5 and 3 inch lifts are perfect for 35's so you don't need the extra height and associated costs unless you are going with 37's.

If your Rubi came with 4:10's you shouldn't need to regear with 35's.

You will want to look into an oversize tire carrier to carry the larger spare.

I have a 12 Rubi with a 2.5 lift, 4:10 gears, and 35's and I put a lot of highway miles and offroad miles on it and it does great.

2013 Rub 4dr lift/tire size adv?

Just ordered a 2013 Rubicon Unlimited. Will be my daily driver but want to have rock crawling capabilities for out here in Las Vegas area. We area thinking about 3.5 or 4" lift and 35 or 37" tires. Can you advise of what configuration of lift and tires is best for rock crawling while retaining a decent drive quality during the week? Is a re-gear needed? Anything else I will need? We expect to replace fenders and bumpers.
