I've never had an issue with 4wp. Everything is always correct. Only issue I've ever had is ordering from the dial in number. The guys manning the phones ain't all that bright but the guys in the store know their stuff (at least at my local store).
Plus, I get "free" delivery by having stuff shipped to the store and just go pick it up. Usually, they just ship it to my house anyway (maybe because I'm within about 7 miles of the store).
Oh, and I've bought a lot of stuff from q-tec but 4wp always beats their prices anymore.

yeah i have used both and have had much better luck with quadratec, never a problem with anything. Shopping for the lowest price does not always save you money.

|KBR97||Although some say that quadratec has high prices sometimes, I havent had any problems with them, ever. A+ customer service as well.|

4wheel parts issues anyone?
Just wanted to check and see if any of you guys and gals have had issues with 4wheel parts lately. I ordered a set of rock sliders online and had them shipped to my house and when i got them they were completely wrong so now i have to drive 60 miles to the closest store to exchange them.
then two weeks ago at truckfest my girlfriend ordered a rear bumper for me, when we checked out the salesman asked if i was in thier system and i said yes but dont use any of that information for me it is all bad, i told him to ship it to her house, well we gave him all of her info and paid for the bumper and 12 days later still no bumper, i tracked it through thier website and he used all of my old info, so he did not put any of her info in the computer so i am sure they either delivered it to the wrong place or shipped it back but 4WP has no way to contact us. I will be calling customer service first thing in the morning i was just wondering if any of you have had similar experieince. I might be a faithful Quadratec guy from here on out.
