Yeah i hooked the dash meter up it works great and that is a 15 gallon tank so it holds the same as i did before

If you do alot of rock crawling it just gets the tank out of the way so ya dont smash it and it also give you extra room if you want to stretch the wheel base and besides that it just looks better without that big ugly tank in the back lol

Yj Fuel Cell Install With Lots Of Pics!! (Done)

So i got me a RCI 2161a fuel cell and put it in this weekend it wasnt to bad just had to do alot of back and forth to the parts store and lowes to get all the parts..

So i took the old tank off
dry fitted the new one

and i was going to use the stock assembly and thought i could make this peace work. The idea was to thread it or put a coupling around it to get the inch of gas off the bottom... that was a stupid idea that failed lol

so i said screw it and the rci tanks have a awful aluminum fuel pickup and i was not sticking with that so i fig i would make my own and just order a fuel pump.. after about 10 trips to lowes and autozone gettin parts i finally got it together

also got my fuel pump and got it mounted is a part # 8228 i believe ($126) got it over nighted and then mounted it
next had to build a frame for my tank to secure it
