Eh I always thought it was to remind you to remove the key from the ignition? I leave it disconnected anyways its garaged almost every night leave the keys right in it. besides it becomes annoying when tinkering around with the doors open..

atomicjoe23 I just found one them on eBay. . .not a huge eBay'r, but they were the only place I could find it.

They are listed on the Omix-ADA website, but you can't buy direct from them and none of their retailers had one.

Stock door switch replacement for '94 YJ?

I need to replace the door switch for the courtesy lights on our '94 YJ, but I'm having trouble locating stock replacements.

Anyone know where I can find them (besides the junkyard. . .unfortunately there's a company up here that sends people out to the junkyards daily to buy every Jeep that shows up).

Thanks!
