SurfnSnow It's not that hard, I bought and installed the kit from poly performance on my JK Unlimited. If you have a pair of 6 or 12 ton jacks and a floor jack you'll be able to do this in your driveway. You can do this one axle at a time: jack up your rig and make sure that the stands are set high enough to drop the axle enough to get the springs out (yes, you will need to remove the tires). Remove the springs, put donut/spacer on the upper part of the spring bucket and replace springs. now using the floor jack, jack up your front/rear axle back into place (don't worry, it will pretty much seat itself. Put your tires back on and you're good to go. It took me a couple of hours to do this on my own but I was taking my time.

Any shops in the bay area with a reasonable labor rate to install my leveling kit?

$100/hour at 4 Wheel Parts seems excessive. Are there any other options? I don't have the knowledge or tools to do it myself.
