Virus692 I started with a 1" delrin Rod and Lathed it down to the same size as a door pin then used a mill to create the flat spot... drilled and taped it for the 10mm1.25 mirror. the "flat spot" sits tight to the frame when in the hinge.

is like what I used mine was "left over" from other projects I needed 7" to do this

WhiskeyMike Cool idea! Can you elaborate on how you did this? 3D printer? Why does the flat side stop it from pivoting? I have Harley long stem mirrors, but keeping them in place in high wind/speed has been difficult so far.

Doorless Mirrors.

I Have wanted to Go door less Since I bought my Jeep in Oct... Well today I decided to make a set of delrin"pins" to mount cheap motorcycle mirrors.

Total cost: $19 and change Plus my time

enough chat here are the Pics.

it did not show up well but each one has a "flat side" that snugs up to the jeep so they do not move. I still need to adjust them to see out of and get some day Pics on the Jeep.

this was my 1st Jeep Mod
