slight difference, it was what i expected though with a bigger tire, the guys who did the balancing for me did an awesome job though, they usually work on large rim sizes like 20's and up so they have a special balancing machine to handle the larger tire sizes, it was probably the first off road tire those guys have ever worked on!!! and i there was an increase in height as well so 2.5" to 3" is probably not that far off.

A quick way to estimate the ride height from tires would be to cut the difference in sizes in half.
For instance if you have 31's on your jeep now and you mount some new 35's, there is a 4" difference in tire height meaning the jeep will sit roughly 2" higher.

They don't seem to hang low and they're actually less expensive than the stock rails.

i was worried that the steps were gonna hang down too far also but they are tucked in nicely and its easier for passengers to get in and out off.

CruserBruiser stock gears right now 3:73 i think but i am not sure, obviously there is a difference now with the big tires but i dont think its that bad, i have thought about a 4:10 or 4:11 though... i have also ordered a superchips flashpaq so i am hoping that it will give me a little boost or help out with my gas mileage anyway.. 17mpg to 14mpg in a matter of housrs!!!!

iamagolfspaz What gears ya running with the 35's?
06-12-2009 10:33 AM
CruserBruiser yes i did but i still get a low tire pressure warning every time i start the vehicle, so i dont know whats up with that but i got a superchips flashpaq coming in sometime and its supposed to clear any error codes.
