HELP!! Warning Lights

I installed my Rancho 2 Inch Sport Lift yesterday. I had to relocate the rear brake line but other then that did not touch or stretch the brake lines. This had happened only one other time after I got my car back from the dealership after a service. The ESP/BAS, traction control, and ABS lights all come on at the same time. Then after a minute or two they go off.
After I installed the lift, I took it to get an alignment and STS told me that everything was where it needed to be. They said the Toe was bouncing in and out of the proper zone but that it was nothing to worry about. Then yesterday while I was driving it, the lights came on again and went off after about a minute. This happened two more times within an hour and then never happened again. Not sure what it is and would like any help trying to get a solution.
