It would be a big hassle to convert power windows to manual, you'd have to change the entire lift mechanism. You'd be better off to get manual windows to begin with.
But, if you can get all the wiring harness and switches from the donor it will be OK. Take your time in removing everything intact. Trace all the wiring from the doors to the dash. Get anything you think you might need, there may be some relays in there you might need too.

If it were me, trace all of the wires coming FROM doors back to their connectors and take the connectors loose. That way you will have all of the wiring need to hook up.
in the event you do not HAVE these connections in YOUR jeep, you can rig power/ground up to the connectors and use them anyway.

help with power doors
I just found out a friend of a friend has a wrecked jk they are trying to part out. I want a set of full doors for winter and may be able to get an OK price on 2 doors.
The problem? They are power. How hard/what is needed to pull/install if I get the doors? I can prob get all the parts off the donor, just not sure whats all I would need to do.
Would it be possible to just convert the power windows to a hand crank? Would it be that much easier?
