99 Jeep Trans- Rebuild it or buy Reman'd

Looking to pickup a 99 2.5L, automatic TJ with 115k/miles, for what seems to be a decent price. Do you guys recommend having the trans rebuilt or can you suggest a place that may specialize in Jeep reman'd trannys. Already called Jaspers.

If.... I do get it rebuilt, it will be by a trans shop that has done 3 trans for me already( 1 for my 87 SS and 2 for my GN/racecar) so he is reliable and will stand behind his work and he is a buddy of mine too!

Opinions????
