2013 Moab or order a 2014 Sahara

Looking for some help on purchasing a Moab off the lot or ordering a 2014. MSRP on the Moab is $42,500.00 and the dealers best offer is $38500.00 plus fees, taxes, reg. Is that a decent discount on a Moab this late in the model year? I know the Moab is a limited edition but with the 2014's coming out in a few months the discount just does not seem to be enough. Love the look of the Black Moab but for those that have bought the Moab edition is the $5200.00 extra cost worth it?
