Indianbullet Okay feel like an ass napkin. Think I found what I was looking for at Morris 4x4 although the description was for a different year than mine when you click on the item it says it fits my rig as well.
Thanks for the views..

HVAC seal options/ideas?

Hello new member here, I just picked up a 2000 TJ and am now neck deep into the heater ac box as the blender door would not work correctly due to an aftermarket heater core bulging the partition where it operates causing the index lug to break on the bottom of the blender door rendering it usless..

So long story short I pulled the dash, lovely thing to do to your band new to you TJ BTW. and am replacing the blender door with a dorman product as new ones are discontinued. I am also replacing the heater core while I am in this deep with an OEM one. That stung the wallet.

So now what I am trying to find is a seal kit? that I can do a decent job of replacing all the foam with. Everyplace I look the stuff is discontinued and I can't seem to locate and aftermarket product that will do a sanitary job. Any in-site would be greatly appreciated.

I can't wait to get the parts as having it sit torn apart is killing me..
Thanks again for any input..
