Picture of it at the link below, on the right center of the website.
Removable Storage Area
2013 Wrangler Unlimited | Cargo Storage Capacity Features | Jeep
If you pull the whole thing up, you see the death jack and the underside of the "Storage Area" in the lid you just pulled up. There's a little plastic latch thing on the left side of the lid. It's on like a tension string type voodoo twist around deal.
That latch thing breaks real easy.
Generally speaking, Rubicons sit a tad higher due to a different spring rate.
Most of the kits you are talking about correct the factory rake without the expense of a full on lift that replaces suspension components. Some folks like the rake.

What year is your Rubicon? Here is a thread that shows where they are on the 2011+ JK & JKU. As for the leveling kit. Some 3.5" lifts level out the Jeep some dont so you might be able to us them in conjunction with your lift depending the brand you purchase in the future.

Rubicons have larger tires and that's it. A leveling kit levels any jeep by removing the factory rake.
Most aftermarket coils do the same by providing more lift up front. You would only keep leveling spacers in the front if the coils you're using cant hold the weight of a bumper/winch.
Edit: there's talk about the 10A being higher. Tires ? Springs ? .... I am not sure.

Some Rubicon Questions...
Hey guys, New rubicon owner here. I had some quick questions from items I've thought about or seen on these forums or elsewhere.
1. I believe the rubicon comes lifted compared to the base models. Would it still benefit from a "leveling" kit? Why about a couple of years down the road when I go all out and get a 3.5 inch lift? Would that leveling kit still be useful or would I remove that to put the larger 3.5 lift on?
2. I removed the hard top last weekend and the kids loved it. I watched a video which showed a "handy screw holder" for the 8 torx screws which are removed from the hard top. Where is that screw holder? I didn't see it anywhere on my jeep?!?!?
Thanks in advance!
