|metaldemon||My passenger side bolted right on. The driver side required some grinding. That's just the way it is.|

Make sure you have a Dremel and some grinding stones in hand.
Strange. Maybe you got an old instruction set? I just went and looked at my wifes vs mine...the body/frame mounts are the same. Just remove the 2 side bolts on the most forward and most aft body/frame mounts. Obviously keep the center one in place (the one with the huge washer thing).

|Metonymy||I believe they mount in the holes where the factory Rubicon rails mount up. It's in the body before you get to the big frame bolts.|

Smittybilt tube steps help!
Any advise on how to install these on a 2012 JKU? The instruction diagrams don't look like the frame holes on the 2012. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
