Speedbumps with Teraflex 4" lift?

Sorry im kinda a newbie with jeep suspensions.. but anyways, Can you put Teraflex Speedbumps on a Teraflex 4" lift kit with flexarms with the Teraflex 9550 shocks?
I have a 4 door jk with 37" tires, thanks for any feedback in advanced!!
