Barnes 4wd transfer case skid

Just wanted to share a little insight on the barnes 4wd 2" drop transfer case skid. I bought this a few months ago, and finally made time to get it installed. The biggest question I had was " do I need a body lift with the 2" drop?" I could not find this info any where. Well on my 98 TJ it did fit! This skid plate is very affordable and great quality.

The install was very straight forward, with the exception of building your own t case mount. Also the rear of my transfer case was hitting the rear lip so it had to be modified. I have attached a few pictures too. I can't wait to get my RCV 's in this week and test everything out!
