DirtyTeddy Finished! My father brought a tool from work that the guys use there to cut metal on the military trainers. It's an electric vibration tool, unlike the dremel it didn't melt the plastic and unlike the jigsaw it didn't vibrate the hell out of it BUT it did cut like butter.

DirtyTeddy Just got the other rear done! Sorry no pictures, got work early in the morn. Will be doing the two front fenders and wells after work tomorrow with full pictures omg so exciting...

Will probably go wheel on Sunday and test the new flex with the new discos )))))

Flat white fender trim w/ 1" lip (xacto knife)

What's happening guys,

Got my first fender done yesterday, driver rear.

I kept a 1" lip around an towards the rear kept almost all the lip to match the bumper line. I chopped the fender lining also with the xacto knife and put a couple screws and ties to keep it in place. Painted rest of expose white with gloss black rust oleum.

I didn't want to use a jig or dremel for year that the paint would chip. Score with the knife then cut through like butter. Also used some auto molding to finish it off and I think it looks fantastic.

Ill be posting better pictures/ updates on the other fenders.
