Help Budget Lift Question (Shocks)

I'm doing the budget lift. Spring replacement for my 2012 2dr. Rubicon. So I'm installing the 18/59 springs. My jeep already has the Rubicon shocks.

You guys think the Rancho 9000's series would be an upgrade over the factory rubi shocks? Or should I invest the $400-500 into bigger tires? I can oly afford one of the other for now.

I want to keep the cost of new shocks under $500 for now, I had experience with Ranchos on my yj years ago and they were great.
