Undercoating/ Bed liner on front fenders only?

I have a 00 TJ. Patriot blue with a black top and Chaos 5 wheels.

Find MB Wheels Chaos 5 custom wheels by size

I have the normal Jeep rust on my front fenders... drivers side has a hole the passenger side is just bubbles so far. I'm thinking about sanding them down to clean them up then painting them with either the Rustoleum bedliner spray (black) - OR - Rustoleum undercoating - which is paintable. If I do the undercoating I could get a can of the duplicolor in patriot blue and go over it. It won't be a dead match but I think it might look okay.

So-your opinion please:
Black fenders using the Rustoleum bed liner spray
OR
Blue fenders using the Rustoleum Undercoating spray and Duplicolor Blue over it?

I dont want to spend the $$ to replace and paint both fenders right now but I dont want my Jeep to look like a beater either.
