Difference in Rubicon Tire Sizes

Does anyone know why the 10th Anniversary Rubicon appears to have a smaller overall tire diameter ((265/25.4)*.70)=7.3 inch sidewall x 2 + 17 = 31.61 inch total tire diameter. The Standard Rubicon is ((255/25.4)*.75) = 7.53 inch sidewall x 2 +17 = 32.06 total tire diameter.

So in short, the 10th anniversary has a wider but smaller overall tire. When I first saw that it had wider tires I thought they would have tried to keep the overall diameter the same but in my calc it doesn't appear so. Negligible? Why?
