|ClayR||I'll tell you we have honored those coupons after the fact at our store. Just demand to re-do paperwork because sales contract has to match rebates given or Chrysler can charge a dealer back.|

Here's the odd thing... Coupon or not.
I started shopping for my Jeep in June. One of the first things I did was request the brochure, because dealers don't stock them anymore. When making the request, it asked how long until I think I will be in the market for a purchase... I put down 1 month or less.
A week later, I assumed something went wrong on the site because I never got the brochure... So I requested it again... Then again a third time a week later.
It is now July 26 and I have not received any brochures. If there is a coupon inside, it will arrive long after its usefulness ends. The brochure itself will no longer be useful, except as a keepsake.
When a prospect asks for product information, that's the time to send it. Other than the conspiracy theory of keeping us from using the coupon, the only other excuse I can see for them not at least sending brochures in a timely manor is that they are out of 2013 brochures, and they still haven't kicked off their 2014 promotions. Not even on the web site... Which is odd, considering 2014s are rolling off the production line.

I doubt there's a conspiracy- the people who handle the coupons are most likely not aware of who purchased (or intends to purchase) a Wrangler.
The coupons may also be tied to market areas- if you are in an area in which Jeep has a strong penetration, than you are not as likely to receive an offer. This is why most rebate sites ask for your zip code.
Note to self: I will seek out a coupon if we add yet another Jeep product to the stable.

I didn't finance. I saved long and hard, traded in my Liberty, and wrote a check for the difference.
I would rather have that $500 in my pocket (which I did get).

I got the "golden ticket" in January, expired on March 31. I ordered in early June. I literally requested 30+ brochures after the first bonus cash expired, and called Jeep incentives weekly to check on it both during, and after the build.
No luck there.

I don't think its being stingy. I don't know about you, but I'd rather have $500 in my pocket than in the dealers. That $500 can be used for other things like lights/tires etc...
OR, you can show us where you got your money tree so we can plant one in our backyard too.

May I ask what the issue is?
Say you have a 10% interest rate (which is rather high a lot of times) so on that extra $500 you have to pay you pay a total of $50 in interest...if we are being stingy over $500 why did you buy a $30-$40k jeep to begin with? *sigh* first world problems

|ColoRubicon||This happened to me after I bought my Jeep, when they called for their survey I mentioned how this came after my purchase even though I had requested it months before. Each time I was contacted from Jeep I mentioned this.....in the end after several follow up phone calls from an extremely helpful customer service rep., we worked out a deal for free oil changes for 6 years.|

Ford did the exact same thing when I requested a brochure in 2010.
Meanwhile, I have requested a brochure at least 3 times since June and still no brochure. First class mail takes only a couple of days. If it takes more than a month to get a brochure, it makes you wonder what they are thinking.
If they also send coupons, the delay may be deliberate. As someone in the coupon business, I hate when companies put up hurdles to use their coupons.
