O_M_Jeep The best thing you can do is use google and search various areas around you for offroad club, 4x4 club, Jeep club, things like that.

Cmosier Thanks! I am trying to plan next Spring/summer/fall trips and see the country. That should give me enough time to get everything sandblasted, built up a bit, and powder coated /painted. Are there any event list websites you would recommend?

O_M_Jeep It helps to fill out your profile and let people know where you are.

As far as Jeep Jamboree, look closely at the details, it's usually a very mild wheeling trail for a half day and can cost you a ton of cash as they charge per person, not per vehicle.

There are a lot of off-road clubs, normally not to tough to track down, but expect to find varying degrees of club activity and outings.

Jamboree/ national events??

I am new to the jeeping scene, as I restore/ build my YJ, I was curious if there were any traveling sanctions or conventions month to month or a few times a year, if so where would I find this information? As it would be a blast to see the country meet new people and hit up some trails!
