KicknJeep I cheated and used a tie rod puller

Tee I just replaced the one on my TJ. I had to get fairly violent with it to get it to pop loose. Even just a little heat will help.

Believe me, I've hit mine(on XJ) pretty hard before and didn't bend it a bit... but that large boulder that I landed on did

bluvikng Or simply leave the nut, on the bolt, to protect it, and hit it with large hammer.

navy-jeepster Maybe let it sit over night with some wd40 or pb blaster.
Then put a piece of wood between the bolt and the hammer.

Triple88a if i'm corrent the new stabelizer has bushings on its own right? wd 40 or pb blaster spray should help

Wr@ngler00 am i at any risk of bending my drag link, if i smash it too hard? is there any chemical or spray i can put on there in order to loosen this up.

4Jeepn Blue wrench worked well on a pals.. that's a torch..heat works wonders.

AzTJ no puller needed, just a big hammer ;D and maybe a piece of wood between the stabilizer and hammer.

steering stabilizer

Trying to get the old stabilizer off and cant. Do i need a puller? Im having trouble getting the bolt out of the track bar. Again do i need a puller for this? thanks
