No it's not and I'm not certain why your inquiry hasn't been addressed. Unfortunately, I have been out for a period of time. I'm back in Kentucky now, but not in the office and heading to TN and won't be back in until Tuesday after the holiday, but I will address it when I get back. In the meantime, please send me your contact information so I can look up your order as soon I can. Granted, it's been a bit of time since I've been at the office, but as far as I know, we should have those remotes on hand.
I do sincerely apologize for the lack of response.

Sorry if this is not the correct area of the forum. Just didn't see a place for the topic.
First I want to say thanks to everyone on this forum for the great information. My Jeep dealer turned me on to this forum. Great dealer!
This was the first time I have purchased Items from the vendor, Jeepaddons. I bought a 10,000lb winch with synthetic rope, wireless remote, and winch cover. Jeepaddons provided great service through the purchasing phase and all items were delivered in a timely manner with all boxes arrived with no apparent damage. When I opened the boxes all items were in good shape except the wireless remote. The plastic case that encloses the electronics was cracked and broke apart. I followed Jeepaddons online process for damaged returns with photos of the damaged within 24 hr as required. Tomorrow will be a week with no word from Jeepaddons. I did call “several” time and even emailed Jeepaddons for confirmation that Jeepaddons did indeed receive my information. The purchasing side of the house was able to identify the person that was responsible for damaged shipments, which I left several phone messages requesting conformation of the information I provided.
At first I was just looking for confirmation on my return request, but now I am getting concerned. Is this a normal process for this vendor?
