schnutzy With your engine, and 35 inch tires, 5.13 gears would be more or less ideal. However, you can't run that deep a ratio with out new front and rear axles. The deepest gears that can be installed on your front axle is 4.88 and with the tire size you want, you should replace your rear axle with something stronger, no use wasting the time and money to re gear that

Yeah I know regearing is because of tire size but right now I have 31s and I figured that would look dumb with such a big lift. I was hoping for 35s. But idk what gears to go with or if the spring over is safe or anything.

Defcon 1 You lift doesn't determine your gearing, your tire size does. What is your goal for tire size? That should be your reason for installing a particular lift.

Leaf springs

Would it be dumb to do a spring over lift? I have a 4 cylinder, and if I do the spring over lift i will have about 7 inches total, so regearing is definitely necessary if I did. Just wondering if its a good idea or bad idea?
