meschwenk Is that the place at 72nd & Federal?

03 sahara jeeper The bay is 25.00 an hour. If they help you it is another 25 an hour it took them a half hour to do mine so 12.50. 2 hours was 65.00 iirc. I did everything but the bearings myself.

They did the bearings for you at the DIY? How much?

meschwenk I have the Dana 44 rear axle.

03 sahara jeeper Sorry I don't know about the jks. On my 03 Dana 44 the bearings are pressed on.

DF Jeep Make sure you clean all the mud off. Don't give them any reason to give you a hard time with the warranty. Definitely under warranty. I don't believe the bearings are pressed.

meschwenk I think I will take the Jeep to the dealership and see what they will say. It is a 2012 and still under warranty. I looked up how to do this and it looks easy enough, but the part that is bugging me is getting the bearing pressed off and then on. I have the tools that I could cut the stuff off, but not press on.

If they won't cover it, then I will need help.

03 sahara jeeper Your rear axle seals are leaking. I had to replace mine. Did it myself took about 2 hours.

Caiha Is that the rear? If it is it looks line axle seals are leaking. If its front then its brake fluid leaking.

I need some help!

After crawling under the jeep checking things out I found this. Should I be worried?
I did Kingston peak a couple of weeks ago and hit some mud and water.
Thanks for any info!
