Hello and Clutch Question

Hello all....new to this site, but it looks to be VERY helpful and nice to be among fellow jeepers.

I have a 92 jeep YJ with the 4 cyl, and manual. I was up in the mountains doing some trail riding with it, and got trapped forcing me to attempt to back up a rather steep incline. While doing this I got the clutch very hot and infact smelt it burning (it pushed the 4 cyl to it's limits, that's for sure). I had wished I went ahead and put it into 4WD Low, but hindsight is 20/20. With that happening and the rest of the day having a very mushy clutch I managed to get out and home. Today I changed the trani fluid and it appears as though the clutch is ok, but I'm sure it's very worn.

My question is should I go ahead and change out the clutch? If so, what clutch does everyone recommend? Any other hints would be great. Thanks in advance.
