4point In my opinion the stock tire will look odd with that much lift. 33's would look way better and 35's would be better yet. The gears will be quite tall with the 33's. Thats what I'm running right now and I wish I had 4.56 gears. 35's and 3.73's would be out of the question.
You may want to wait for new gears to put larger tires on. If your towing all the gearing issues are compounded.

Swap stock tires to new rims with lift?

Hey Guys, new to the forum. I'm a current 99 TJ owner waiting on his new 2010 Rubicon to come in on order(wish Jeep would crank that baby out already!). My intention is to put a Rubicon Express 3.5" Lift on this thing almost immediately, and since I despise those stock rims and intend on replacing them with probably Mickey Thompson Classic II's, I was wondering if the 32" height of the stock Rubicon Mud Terrain tires would suffice on the 3.5" lift? Or do I really need that 33"-35" tire? Running a 3.73 gear because of the trailer tow package, wish they'd just install the 4.10. I dunno, guess a 4.56 or something in the future maybe, but for now the 3.73's gotta work.

Any help or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
