NAVYCHIEF is it actually 10 mins or does it just seem like 10 mins. there is a valve that keeps fuel from flowing back to the tank. if it is malfunctioning it takes a few to fill the line and get fuel to the engine. what year amd engine?

Jeep will not start in cold weather.

I have changed the fuel pump, but it seams when it gets cold the fuel takes about 10 minutes before the injectors shoot gas into the plugs. I have to wait until I hear a click, click, click sound, then finally the spray of gas into the engine. Today I could not even get the clicking sound to happen. I have changed the fuel pump what do I do next? Its like a vacume is not happening and no gas gets to the engine.

thanks for the help
