adkjoe You might as well just drop the front, chrome it out, put low pros on it and make it a low rider. All the other jeeps would still wave to you just not the wave your used to

In other words, there are some common issues that this might be. Seeing a picture of it would help figure out what it is. Is it the passenger side that is sagging, or the whole back end?

saggy back end (my TJ,... not me)

The back end of my 03 is a bit lower than the front (I have an 00 as well but it sits level). It's noticeable visually and when you sit in the seat... I have new shocks... is this a spring-issue? Would/could shims be the cure? New springs (if so, what kinda $$?)... any input is welcome.

Also, no, there is no lift kit on it, she's stock. (might change that next Summer but no rush)
