|mudslinger150||i went to ACE hardware, im sure home depot, lowes etc... would have them too.|

I took mine to two auto parts stores and they did not have anything like that. I wonder if lowes or home depot or maybe tractor supply would have anything like that?

Jwells, what i did was brought my factory bumper bolt to the hardware store, using it i compared the thread pitch and lenght to some other bolts. I wanted to include my smitty built tow hooks so i found some bolts that had the same thread pitch and were about and inch longer than stock, i made sure to get a high grade bolt, so they wouldn't snap under heavy loads.
Ironman, ill have to put a tape up to the rail, ill measure from the ground up to the rail, i'll report back, but its enough to tell with the naked eye.

where did you get the replacement bolts for the front bumper? I would love to get rid of my torx head bolts up there but have not been able to figure out what size to replace them with. I mean half of the jeep is standard, and half is metric?????

|Ironman||Looks good Mitch. I have winched and pulled full sized vehicles in snow, up hills, over big rock piles, and have never bent a frame rail. I'm not sure how this happened as Jeeps have very strong frames. How much is it off. If it's not too much, I wouldn't worry about it.|

the kit was like $109, around $125 shipped. It was fun to build and im thinking about purchasing the rear bumper kit they have, with the 2" reciever.
Has anyone had an issue with the "front Frame rails" (buper is mounted to them) bending? Now that i have this bumper on i noticed that my left frame rail is a little higher than the right one.... is this from getting pulled out by the tow hook, from the bottom of a hill to the top... How would i bend this rail back down? a come along and and anchor point?

|PT4WDL||How much was the kit? Might be easier to put that together than cut and rebuild my bent warn bumper. Also looks a heck of a lot stronger. Hey I wonder if I would be able to reuse the warn winch plate?|

Rokmen Front Bumper Build: Pics
This Friday i was given a Rokmen Front bumper (Kit). I spent Saturday welding, fitting, and painting the bumper. I took a few pics and thought i would share them. If you have any questions feel free to ask, i used a small lincoln 110 with flux core, turned high heat, low speed
