Bestop Sport Bar Covers with factory soundbar

I got the new spice Bestop sport bar covers and pads and installed them today. I first had to remove my factory sport bar. I found it had 6 bolts in it, 2 on each side and 2 in the middle. I was disappointed in the fact that I will have to cut up my brand new covers if I want to put this sound bar back in. Does everyone have this issue? It also seems the horizontal covers are too long for the sound bar install. The Bestop horizontal cover goes end to end. But the sport bar takes up like 6" width of that area. I guess the sound bar would go over the Bestop cover, but i'd still have to make the holes for the side screws also.

Additionally, my sound bar is black, and I'm trying to decide if its worth it to buy a new one in spice just so it matches..

the install was a bit of a pain. none of the foams really lined up well. everything is nice and tight and wrinkle-free, but i did trim one foam a bit so it would fit better. No roll bars had to be unbolted to install this kit.
