AJFROMACEENGINEERING Well here are a few cell phone images of a Warn Zeon 10-S mounted to the ACE Pro Series Front Bumper w/ Bullbar using the prototype spacer. If anyone has questions please let me know.

KrawlOff-Road.com Dang it! Just now seen this post... and ACE beat me to it!

Yes, they now have spacers to allow you to mount the larger winches to their bumpers. Our spacers should be here today and we can let everyone know how they work. We are also working on getting them up on our site. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help out in the mean time...

Good to hear! If it had existed a few weeks ago it could have saved me the additional $300 it cost me to switch to the CTI I knew fit without spacers. I think I should get one of those snazzy new lava jackets for my pain and suffering.

Just kidding.....but I am glad to know there is a kit available to run them for those who need it going forward. Nice job coming up with a simple solution for those who can't manufacture one!

Agreed. I just looked at the pictures as well. Visually it does look like the well isn't quite as deep on the pro series vs the standard mid-width. If it isn't just the pictures and that is actually the case I could see 1/4" working.

Would also be curious for ACE to chime in to confirm that is the case.

Bill,
Thank you for your email. We were able to get a 10-s zeon on the front of our jk8 by making some spacers to lift the winch a 1/4 inch to allow it not to rub the bumper. we can make these spacers for you also if needed.

I'd love to see 1/4" work. I came up with some 3/4" spacers and they were the minimum to get it to clear. I had 1/4 in hand based on the same information they gave me verbally. They were not even close.

Are they talking the pro series here? If so maybe that is the difference and and I didn't make that clear when I talked to them.

Awesome! Recently installed the pro(thanks again for your hell and advice), and was planning to mount a zeon on it, and clearance had completely slipped my mind. Might have to get in contact with them on the spacers.

wrh3 I have a PRO bumper on my wife's JK so if I have not heard back from the email I sent them when I get home, I'll just measure it. It looks like it needs to be at least 24.25" wide for the Zeon 10. The Engo 10k we have on her's now is only 21.9" and it looks like the mount area is like yours using the front mounting bolts as a reference point. The 9.5 Cti is 23.1" wide.

Maybe Jason at KOR will see this thread and share some information, I think he was planning to install the Zeon on his Pro bumper. Poison Spider bumpers are listed on the Warn Zeon website as working with a spacer plate, I wonder if this could be adapted to this application or if Ace will offer something similar:

You might want to call them and ask if the mounting areas is the same dimension as the style I have. It needs to be about 1 1/2" wider to fit a ZEON flush. That still doesn't allow for the depth to be any different though.

Looking on their site I see that the pro series is showing a CTI mounted to it. Not sure if that is any indication it is the same dimension or not.

In their defense the ZEON is fairly new and it is huge. I'm sure there are lots of bumpers it doesn't fit without mods of some sort.

I was buying the ZEON on what seems like the most bang for the buck (if you are set on a Warn) not because I disliked the CTI. CTI is great, just a bit bummed I will be spending a few hundred more than I wanted to for as much as it will be used.

RRTRI Wanted to follow up on this for anyone else who may be wondering in the future.

Bottom line is the ZEON does not fit the ACE mid width bumper with the bull bar. I called ACE last week and they told me the thought they had mounted one but used spacers. They said 1/4" but I'm finding it to be different.

3/4" spacers would be required. That is approaching territory I don't want to deal with. In addition it is a bit deep by about 1/8". I think you could make it fit the depth by trimming the grill.

Between trimming the grill and having it ride on 3/4" spacers I decided I will return it and go with the 9.5 CTI that already know fits without any modification.

Here is the ZEON showing the gap:

Ace & zeon?

Using the search I could find where someone asked the question but no answer was given.

I'm looking at mounting a Warn ZEON 10-s to an ACE Mid Width w/Bull Bar bumper. (this one: ACE JK Mid Width Bumper (Bull Bar)

Has anyone done this or does anyone know if it will fit? I have a Warn 9.5 CTI-s mounted to our Gecko on the same ACE bumper but the ZEON (planned for our Red one) is about an inch wider than the 9.5. It is looking very very close to me by my eyeball if I an inch more would fit.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might know!
